What I'm looking to get out of it is to loose a few pounds and improve my health.
I've got to admit I am a little sceptical, I'm planning to do this with another family member so sticking to the challenge shouldn't be a problem and I will use this blog to give an honest account of how I am feeling each day...warts and all!
Side note: I'll be attempting to supplement this with some sort of exercise each day. Which will be recorded in the blog.
So here it is, my last supper. A meal of my favourite Steak and chips with Diane sauce garlic butter mushrooms, coleslaw and a pint of my favourite Pilsner Urquell.
